Adem\u00e1s de comprender el tipo de encuesta que debe enviarse, debes dise\u00f1ar una evaluaci\u00f3n NPS y saber cu\u00e1ndo y a cu\u00e1ntas personas enviarla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las encuestas\u00a0Net Promoter Score\u00a0son la forma m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida de obtener informaci\u00f3n valiosa de tus clientes para crear estrategias de retenci\u00f3n, reducir el abandono y mejorar la participaci\u00f3n o compromiso de tus consumidores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El NPS es un sistema y un indicador para medir la satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente y tambi\u00e9n medir la lealtad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como sistema de medici\u00f3n,&nbsp;<strong>el NPS tiene un \u00fanico objetivo<\/strong>:&nbsp;descubrir la probabilidad de que una persona recomiende una marca, una empresa, un producto o un servicio a otra persona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para lograrlo, el Net Promoter Score se basa en la realizaci\u00f3n de una simple pregunta al cliente, que puede variar en estilo y en formulaci\u00f3n, pero siempre manteniendo la misma esencia. Aqu\u00ed tienes algunos ejemplos de preguntas NPS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00bfCu\u00e1n posible es que recomiendes el producto a un conocido?<\/li><li>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es la probabilidad de que recomiendes nuestro servicio a un amigo o familiar?<\/li><li>\u00bfCu\u00e1n dispuesto est\u00e1s a recomendar nuestro evento a un colega?<\/li><li>\u00bfCu\u00e1nto recomendar\u00edas la marca a otra persona?<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Veamos entonces que,&nbsp;<strong>para calcular el \u00edndice NPS<\/strong>, el cliente debe responder a la siguiente pregunta:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 posibilidades hay de que recomiende [X empresa] a un amigo o colega?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las opciones de respuesta son una escala del 0 al 10, en la que el 0 es \u201c<strong>nada probable<\/strong>\u201d y el 10 es \u201c<strong>extremadamente probable<\/strong>\u201d, mientras que el 5 es neutral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Los clientes que respondieron con un 9 o un 10, mostraron un comportamiento de compra y de recomendaci\u00f3n bastante alto. A estos clientes se les llamaron&nbsp;<strong>Promotores<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Los que respondieron con un 7 o un 8, mostraron un comportamiento mucho m\u00e1s pasivo, por lo que a estos se les llamaron&nbsp;<strong>Pasivos<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Los que dieron puntajes desde el 0 hasta el 6, no mostraron ning\u00fan comportamiento positivo para la empresa. Incluso, en muchos casos, sus opiniones hacia otras personas sobre la empresa fueron negativas. A estos se les llamaron&nbsp;<strong>Detractores<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, se estableci\u00f3 la forma de categorizar a los clientes que responden a la encuesta del NPS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Promotores:<\/strong>&nbsp;quienes responden con&nbsp;<strong>9 o 10<\/strong>. Son clientes muy satisfechos y, por tanto, leales a la marca. As\u00ed que est\u00e1n dispuestos a comprar m\u00e1s y a recomendarla.<\/li><li><strong>Pasivos:<\/strong>&nbsp;quienes responden con&nbsp;<strong>7 u 8<\/strong>. Son clientes satisfechos pero no leales, por lo que son susceptibles de irse con la competencia.<\/li><li><strong>Detractores:<\/strong>&nbsp;quienes responden&nbsp;<strong>desde el 0 hasta el 6<\/strong>.
