We use the different ways of searching for candidates to access the desired profile. Own file, databases, website, networking, traditional/internet channel ads, direct contacts, training centers, professional schools or business schools.

Candidate selection

We use a conventional methodology: interviews, tests of intellectual abilities and potentials, personality questionnaires, application of professional tests, verification of language knowledge. Determination of final candidates, preparation of reports.

Presentation to the client

Once the profiles best suited to the vacancies requested by the client have been selected, an exhaustive report of the most suitable candidates for the position is presented. With a detailed report, the client has the last word in deciding which candidate to hire.
